FLIP SLIDE allows women to change heels (SLIDES) from low to high and block to stiletto to create exciting new looks with just ONE shoe (FLIP). Each of our FLIP comes with your choice of two slides – one high heel and one low heel. More SLIDES can be bought separately to complement your various moods. This way you get to pick and choose and create a pair of shoes that is uniquely you!

Removing and inserting the heels (SLIDES) is surprisingly easy and fun! Here is how it works.

No but the FLIPS can be worn with a low heel that is ideal for walking in comfort.

As part of our design, flexibility has been built in the front part of our FLIP to adjust to various heel heights, making the FLIP very comfortable to walk in.

Our in-built technology holds the SLIDE strong with the FLIPS when latched properly. So, every time when you insert a new SLIDE into you FLIPS, when it’s locked pull the SLIDE out to check if it has latched properly.

Since we sell directly to you via our website, we designed a box that's a shoebox, shopping bag, and mailer all in one. It's made of 90% post-consumer-recycled cardboard, and is 100% recyclable. Plus, as an added bonus, we think it represents the brand concept and the product very effectively. The box has two sections – one for FLIPS and the other for your SLIDES. To access your FLIPS you need to Flip the flap in the first section of the box and to access your SLIDES just Slide Out the band on the right of the box. Your FLIP and SLIDES come with individual dust bag/pouches, giving you the freedom to carry your SLIDES wherever you go.

We try that our shoe cuts are in accordance with the standard Indian foot size. We recommend checking our Size Guide page to help determine your perfect fit. Alternately the information about the sizes can also be found on the respective product detail page.  That being said, everyone has a different foot shape, and depending on that you tend to gravitate to styles that fit your feet better. What style do you normally wear? If your closet is filled with a certain shoe style, its possible that this particular style complements your foot shape much better. Still not sure? Our current collection is Limited Edition – made in small batch. Its really on first come first serve basis. However all our styles take you from day to night and anywhere in between, with a change in heel. You can dress them up or down, play with colors and textures to create your own styles. But still if you don’t find what you need sign up for our sparingly sent email updates and you'll be among the first to know when we extend/release a new collection.

We only ship on business days, so orders placed on Friday after 12:30pm or over the weekend will ship out on Monday morning. All orders will take 5-10 business days to arrive.  Cash on Delivery orders will be dispatched the next working day after the delivery is confirmed.

It’s a unique concept that we are trying and testing in parts of Delhi NCR. Here we get the choice of your products to your doorstep so that you can experience them in convenience of your house before purchase.

Go about shopping your FLIPS and SLIDEs, at the time of checkout after you fill in your address details the Home Trial button will appear if the service is available in your location. Select the Home Trial option and soon you will receive a call from one of our sales representative to book an appointment at a time convenient to you for home trial.

There is a minimal charge that becomes free if a purchase is made. In absence of any purchase you will have to pay Rs. 150 per visit for home trial.

We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you: a. Online Payment via Credit, Debit or NetBanking. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards.  b. Cash on Delivery (COD), you can make the payment once the product reaches you.

When you place a Cash on Delivery order, you will receive a confirmation call from one of our sales representative. Once the order is confirmed will we dispatch your order.

You can choose to pay using cash or your Credit/Debit card.

At the time of checkout, right at the beginning of the page there is an option to put in coupon codes. So if you have earned any discount coupons then please enter in the code there and it will reflect on your bill amount.

We offer a 5-day return period. If you're not sold by day 5, you can return your FLIP SLIDES for free as long as the returned products are unused, and returned with all original packaging.

We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at [email protected]. and we will take care of the rest.

We will need the order number, products you wish to return and the reason. We will then organize a free reverse-pickup service to pick up the product from you in 3-5 working days. Please keep the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it with all the tags and original packing intact and enclose a copy of the bill or a paper with your order number.

Hang tight, it can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund. The refund amount for the orders paid online or paid via credit/debit card at the time of delivery will be refunded refund through the online account, or to the same card. For orders paid via cash on delivery option, the amount will be credited to your bank account.
